Short roll winders

SOMATEC offers short roll winders in many different configurations: Off-line with integrated unwinder, in-line directly behind a production line and for adhesive or non-adhesive products. For all tasks, were effectively short rolls have to be wound within shortest cycle times SOMATEC provides the best solution.

Depending on the design non-adhesive and adhesive products can be processed. Adhesive films are wound bubble-free. Additionally here a intermediate layer rewinder, a peel-off roll or a noise protection booth for the unwinder can be provided optional.
