Load Relieving Device

Especially for large working widths a Load Relieving Device is available, to compensate the weight of the wound roll, starting at a certain diameter. Therefore a high roll weight onto a relative small winding shaft diameter can be achieved.

In case the Load Relieving Device is used, the winding roll will be indexed into the in unloading position. This position becomes now the final winding position. The support roll of the Load Relieving Device is motor driven in order to avoid any negative influence to the material‘s surface during engagement.
