Since the foundation of SOMATEC China two years ago SOMATEC had a very successful start within the Chinese market and six orders for automatic turret winders behind PVC calender lines were placed. To spread the basis on the Chinese Market and to reach more customers in the film and paper converting industry, SOMATEC starts with high expectations for the first ICE China. Many contacts and discussions on a high technical level exceeded all expectations, so that it was an absolute right decision to be on the ICE China from the very beginning. Chester Du, the General Manager of SOMATEC China, will enhance the new contacts and therefore build a further base for SOMATEC's expansion on the Chinese market.
