In-line production

At the in-line production a web is continuously processed at non-stop operation. Therefore the reel change at an unwinder or rewinder has to be done within interruption of the production.

For reel change of the wound reel either automatic reel change systems will be used or the web is accumulated within a accumulator, so that the reel change can be done during a short stop of the web.
