Start of the next generation at SOMATEC


On October 1st and on August 1st, 2015, Thorsten Kuhlmann and Hauke Kuhlmann, the two sons of General Manager Günther Kuhlmann, have started their jobs at SOMATEC



Thorsten Kuhlmann is 28 years old and has finished his studies of mechanical engineering at the University of Technology in Hannover/Germany as graduate engineer. From now on he is supporting the mechanical design department at SOMATEC as new project engineer, enlarging SOMATEC's capacities in this department.





Hauke Kuhlmann is 25 years old and has finished before successfully his education as certified mechanical technician at the school for technicians in Hildesheim/Germany. Now he supports the sales department where he took over the spare parts business, which was growing within the last years parallel to the large number of sold machines. In order to ensure a continous customer support from spare parts quotations to processing and delivering of spare parts orders, Hauke Kuhlmann starts his job with this newly created position at SOMATEC.



Before starting their actual jobs at SOMATEC, Hauke Kuhlmann had finsihed an apprenticeship as industrial mechanic and Thorsten Kuhlmann had completed an internship at SOMATEC, so that all internal procedures where well known by them. We whish Hauke and Thorsten Kuhlmann all the best for their start at SOMATEC and we are sure that the next Kuhlmann generation will bring forth SOMATEC in the future.
