Excursion to the Ferryhouse Grohnde

This year's summer excursion was made on Friday, July 8th 2016 with a proper walk to the Ferryhouse Grohnde.

On the afternoon the Somatec staff were present in front of the company building to go from there to Emmerthal by bus. From Emmerthal a walk through the beautiful landscape of the Weser Hills to the Ferryhouse Grohnde was made.The Ferryhouse is directly located besides the river Weser and was re-opened as popular restaurant destination under new management not so long ago. At the Ferryhouse was stopped by for a proper dinner and all where sitting together until the later evening. At least the way home was made by bus again.
