SOMATEC takes over the product portfolio as well as the service and spare parts business of Kampf LSF

Kampf LSF in Laußig has been established for many decades as a special purpose machine builder for converting lines used to refine and process web based materials. With effect from the beginning of 2026, SOMATEC will take over the product portfolio of Kampf LSF as well as the service and spare parts business. This will ensure the availability of these technologies for the future.

Securing service and technological integration

By taking over the machine program as well as the service and spare parts business, SOMATEC will be the clear point of contact for operators of Kampf LSF systems in these areas. The availability of spare parts and the technical support for existing lines will therefore be secured for the long term.



SOMATEC will integrate the proven LSF technologies, especially the shaftless turret winders for digital printing, into its own portfolio. By combining these established converting concepts with SOMATEC’s specialist winding expertise, an expanded solution base will be created that can be used for classic applications with films and papers as well as for other demanding projects. In this way, technological know how is consolidated without losing successful machine concepts.
